These delivery targets apply to most urban Residential and Business Addresses within New Zealand. Delivery to Rural Addresses requires an additional 2-3 business days.

Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email confirmation with your NZ Post tracking number.

LOCAL DELIVERY - Auckland-Wide Flat Rate $9

Oversized or excess weight items can incur extra shipping charges, this will appear at check out or would be arranged and discussed prior to shipping.

All international shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the chosen products.

We can do it!

Due to new tariff regulations that came into effect in August 2025, shipping to the US must be arranged directly with us, as we must physically take each US-bound order to the central NZ Post branch and personally complete the mandatory documentation, processing and tax remittance for every individual order.

The following conditions will apply to orders delivered to the US:

• Your order is subject to a 10% tariff as required by the US Government. We will charge this fee to you so that we can pay the tariff to the postal carrier prior to shipping your order
• A processing fee of $30.00NZD will apply to your order. This flat fee covers the unique and complex administrative processing required of us by US Customs as a result of these new tariff regulations. Specifically, this is the time taken to visit the central NZ Post branch in-person and complete the mandatory documentation and tax remittance procedure for every US-bound shipment.
• Shipping to the United States requires a minimum order value of $400NZD, excluding the tariff and processing fees.
