PRIVACY

We regard your privacy with the utmost respect and care.We will never give out any of your details or information to a 3rd party with the exception for product(s) delivered to you by our contracted delivery service. Our contracted delivery providers are only authorised by us to use your name and email address for the purposes of liasing with you on your delivery.

When you purchase or register online we will add you to our customer database. You can ask us to remove you from our database at any time.

PURCHASING

You can buy online using your credit card, instore or over the phone or email. We also accept internet banking payments if this suits you better.

All prices are shown in NZD, include GST and are per item. Some photos may show multiple items, but the price is only for 1 item, unless otherwise specified.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to enter the correct shipping details in the shipping section at check out. We do not take responsibility for miss-deliveries of parcels based on incorrect entry of delivery address on website forms. Check all forms for correct details before continuing to payment.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Completed and paid orders can be refunded or exchanged in accordance with our Exchange or refund policy.

UNIQUENESS

Many of our items are hand made and therefore will vary slightly. We will aim to provide you with items as close as possible to your request.

POSTAGE & SHIPPING

Our postage costs are passed on and are referenced in the "Shipping Rates & Delivery" section. Please read your applicable cost and delivery time estimates carefully.

Shipping for nationwide - Auckland $6.00, North Island $9.00 & South Island $12.00

RECEIVING THE GOODS

All items are packaged as carefully and as well as possible. However please check the item(s) upon receipt by the courier and advise immediately (by email) if there is a problem.
