New Zealand Pounamu, sourced from the West Coast of the South Island. This is a one of a kind piece, you will receive the exact pendant pictured. This particularly pounamu has magnificent translucency; Hold this special taonga to the light and illuminate the extraordinary colours and textures within the Greenstone.

Beautifully hand carved in Hokitika, South Island Aotearoa by Donna Summers. As a child, Donna was taught of Pounamu as precious taonga, a sacred gift to be passed down through the generations.  Alongside her interpretation of traditional motifs, she takes inspiration the whenua (land) where she grew up, whether it was spending hours fossicking at the beach or out in the wilderness of the Far North.

Her work continues to evolve. Donna's intuitive carving reflects her skilled eye for beautiful design. Her pieces speak for themselves.
