The Koru is one of Aotearoa, New Zealand's most significant and recognisable symbols. Based on the unfurling of a new silver fern frond, the Koru signifies growth, harmony, prosperity and new beginnings.

This taonga (treasure) is carved from Pounamu sourced from the West Coast of South Island, New Zealand.
